I developed some nasty habits like eating junk food from the vending machine and not walking short distances. Then, my sister asked me to be in her wedding! haha i like this guy, he's funny. The points he makes are true, it's just funny how he makes his point. this video is interval training. I use a heart monitor i run at moderate pace till it gets to 155bpm then i walk till it gets down to 140bpm i do this for 25mins. I like this because, as your fitness improves, you'd be running “longer” durations as the “recovery” time will decrease.
