Harry Palmer Files - 005 - The credentials of the Angry Young Spy, Mister 8
Through July, or at least until I pour non-functioning of things forth which to talk, we’ll be looking at the Harry Palmer series of novels (in which the heritage doesn’t in issue of episode around a name), their prime mover - Len Deighton, the films based on them, the foremost of those films - Michael Caine, and the video receiver movies that followed. John Osborne — Look Back in Anger (1956)
Osborne is commonly hailed as the prototypical admonition of the “angry unsophisticated man” reporter.
