Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School recently attended a National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) Summer Home Camp held on Catholic’s Vaughn Road Campus with once again 34 cheerleaders in claque.
Founded in 1948 former L.R. Herkimer, NCA/NDA hosts camps, championships, and events in the course of 150,000 cheerleaders and dancers each year. Awards are stated in the course of living individual and side accomplishments.
As division of the 3-day affected curriculum, the National Cheerleaders Association selects equip winners at each of the once again 1,000 camps it administers all the domain each summer.
All three of Montgomery Catholic’s cheerleading squads earned a instruct to NCA’s inhabitant championship in Dallas, Texas, and earned the cheer contrive together a rob each end of day of the affected. Sixteen cheerleaders were selected as All-American Cheerleader Nominees.
Five Montgomery Catholic cheerleaders were selected to as All-American side members including Sarah Armstrong, Jessica Barranco, Ann Marie Dean, Jessica Mount, and Kennedy Thomas.
