Medieval Postern Gate at guide hand the Tower of London:Still in situ at the Tower of London. Excavations of the formation were made at Tower Hill in 1979. Part of the formation collapsed in a 15th century (1431 or 1440) landslip. The northern allotment of the assemblage is little to be undergoing remained continuous. The gateway did accessible anyway until the 17th century.
