Never buy from KlearGear.com!!

I can’t stress this enough. Don’t buy from KlearGear.com!!!!
Do buy from thinkgeek.com.

I ordered $130 worth of merchandises from kleargear.com on 12/18/07 and I received nothing after 3weeks. It was impossible to get any kind of reply from them, so I filed a claim with PayPal. Few days later out of nowhere they responded with a shipment tracking information dated 1/10. WTF! Today, I received a package containing only half of my order. F!!!!!

I should have known this earlier, and I fell for it.
My word of advice to you is avoid last minute Christmas shopping and do your research first whenever possible.

    dude. . .thanks for the safety tip. where is that place? did you check the customer satisfaction page? everyone is as hacked-off as you. hope you get the rest of your stuff
